This is to advise you that you may encounter traffic build-up on the Northbound lane of EDSA due to an incident today.
The details of the incident are still being determined at this point but it has been confirmed that an explosive detonated inside a passenger bus at the corner of EDSA and Buendia (northbound) early this afternoon.
Investigators are still at the scene. Please assume that traffic will be affected as they continue their investigation.
Likewise, please take precautionary measures.
