GREENPEACE - NO TO NUKES CAMPAIGN IN THE PHILS

Yesterday, May 20, I attended a lecture on CLIMATE CHANGE conducted by Ms. Joan Meris, Greenpeace Public Campaigns Assistant.  In the latter part of the lecture, Greenpeace mentioned their campaign against the revival of the Bataan Nuclear Power Plant (House Bill 6300).  Joan Meris said that they need to gather 10,000 signatures before the Congress starts its plenary on House Bill 6300 on May 25, 2009.  As a concerned individual, I am enjoining all of you.  Let us support this cause by signing the petition on http://www.greenpeace.org/seasia/en/no-nukes/.
